Notification No. 22/2019 – State Tax

S.O. No. 57 Dated11^th June, 2019 -- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the

Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand hereby

appoints the 21^st day of June, 2019, as the date from which the provisions of the Jharkhand Goods and

Services Tax (Fourteenth) Amendment Rules, 2018 rule 12 of [notification No. 74/2018–State Tax,

dated the 24^th January, 2019, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 16,

dated the 24^th January, 2019], shall come into force.
