धारा-16(5) के आलोक म= मु$य सूचना आयु>त, झारखड राय सूचना आयोग, राँची के वेतन एवं
भAते तथा अCय सेवा शतD एवं बंधेज 6नधाDरण हेतु 6नगDत संक2प सं$या-6975, Gदनांक-08.07.2014
यथा संशो5धत संक2प सं०-9865, Gदनांक-10.11.2015 म= 6नKन कार संशोधन Lकया जाता हैः-
(1) Under the 'Pay' head, "Rs. 90,000/-per month (fixed) w.e.f. 01.01.2006 "shall be substituted
with "Rs.2,50,000/- per month (fixed) w.e.f. 01.01.2016".

Under the 'Sumptuary Allowance' head, "Rs, 15,000/- w.e.f. 01.09.2008 per month'' shall be
substituted with "Rs.34,000/-w.e.f. 22.09.2017".

Under the 'Accomodation' head. "an allowance equivalent to an amount of 20% of his pay
plus dearness pay as house allowance "shall be substituted with "an allowance equivalent to
an amount of 24% of the salary which shall be increased at the rate of-
(a)
27%, when Dearness Allowance crosses 25%; and
(b)
30%, when Dearness Allowence crosses 50%
