Notification No. 25/2019 – State Tax

S.O. No. 63 Dated- 8^th August, 2019 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section

164 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of

Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary

in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of

the Government of Jharkhand, Commercial Taxes Department No.22/2019- State Tax, dated

the 11^th June, 2019, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 57,

dated the 11^th June, 2019, namely:-

In the said notification,for the figures, letters and words “21^st day of June, 2019” the figures,

letters and word “21^st day of August, 2019” shall be substituted.

2.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from 21^st June, 2019.

संP या 22/2019- राN य कर, Iदनांक 11 जून, 2019, िजसे एस. ओ. सं. 57, Iदनांक 11

जून, 2019, के तहत झारखड के राजपU, असाधारण, मJ 8का/शत 2कया गया था, मJ

नWन/लLखत संशोधन करती है, यथा:

उ+त अधसूचना मे “21 जून, 2019” शYद, कोGठक और अंक के थान पर, “21

अग त 2019” शYद, कोGठक और अंक रखे जाएंगे ।

2. यह अधसूचना 21 जून, 2019 से लागू मानी जाएगी।
