Notification No. 36/2019 – State Tax

S.O. No. 79 Dated- 21^th October, 2019 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section

164 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of

Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in

the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of

the Government of Jharkhand, Commercial Taxes Department No.22/2019- State Tax, dated the

11^th June, 2019, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 57, dated the

11^th June, 2019, namely:-

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words “21^st day of August, 2019” the figures,

letters and word “21^st day of November, 2019” shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from 20^th August, 2019.

Note: -The principal notification No.22/2019- State Tax, dated the 11^th June, 2019 was

published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 57, dated the 11^th June, 2019

and was subsequently amended by notification No. 25/2019-State Tax, dated the 8^th August, 2019,

published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 63, dated the

8^th August, 2019.

Eदनांक 11 जून, 2019, िजसे एस. ओ. सं. 57, Eदनांक 11 जून, 2019, के तहत झारखड के

राजपS, असाधारण, मF 4का*शत -कया गया था, मF नUन*लHखत और संशोधन करती है, यथा:

उ&त अधसूचना मे “21 अगWत, 2019” शXद और अंक के Wथान पर, “21 नवंबर 2019” शXद

और अंक रखे जाएंगे ।

यह अधसूचना 20 अगWत, 2019 से लागू मानी जाएगी।
