Memo No. 9504-A--Whereas the Petitioner Sunil Soren has filed an

Election Petition bearing E.P. No. -01 of 2014 calling in question the

election of the Respondent in the General Election held in the month of

April/May 2014 from 02, Dumka (S.T.) Parliamentary Constituency.

And Whereas the Petitioner Sunil Soren has filed an

Interlocutory Application bearing I.A. No. - 9149 of 2019 in Election

Petition No. – 01 of 2014 in this Court u/s 109 read with Section 151 of

C.P.C. for withdrawal of the said Election Petition.

And Whereas the Hon’ble Court have been pleased to fix

the date of hearing of I.A. No. 9149 of 2019 on 07.01.2020 in the instant

Election Petition.

Take notice that in the event of non-appearance of an

interested party on the day mentioned above the Election petition will be

heard and decided ex-parte.
