Notification No. 42/2019 – State Tax

S.O. No. 94 Dated-27^th December, 2019 - In exercise of the powers

conferred by section 164 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax

Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand hereby appoints the

24^th day of September, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of

rules 10, 11, 12 and 26 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax

(Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019 [notification No. 31/2019–State Tax,

dated the 11^th October, 2019, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand,

Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 73, dated the 11^th October, 2019], shall come

into force.

2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from 24^th September, 2019.
