This board has considered the opinion of the Jail Superintendent, S.P.,
Probation Officer as well as the concerned learned court. The convict
committed double murder for ransom which is very heinous in nature.
Further, the convicting courts has specifically submitted the reports that
“ …….. he committed murder of Mahesh Pandey and before that he had
already committed murder of brother of Mahesh Pandey. Hence does
not deserve any sympathetic view and not fit case of premature release”
Hence the Board after considering all the facts and reports placed upon,
decided to reject the premature release of the convict.

This board has considered the opinion of the Jail Superintendent, S.P.,
Probation Officer as well as the concerned learned court. The convict
committed heinous offence of killing innocent bride at her matrimonial
house & same is an offence against the society and heinous in nature.
Hence the Board after considering all the facts and reports placed upon,
decided to reject the premature release of the convict.

This board has considered the opinion of the Jail Superintendent, S.P.,
Probation Officer as well as the concerned learned court. The convict
committed gang rape which is very heinous in nature. Hence the Board
after considering all the facts and reports placed upon, decided to reject
the premature release of the convict.

उX-41 वषI।
This board has considered the opinion of the Jail Superintendent, S.P.,
Probation Officer as well as the concerned learned court. The convict
was convicted for Maoist activity and murder and also looting the rifle
of policeman which is crime against society and very heinous in nature.
Hence the Board after considering all the facts and reports placed upon,
decided to reject the premature release of the convict.

This board has considered the opinion of the Jail Superintendent, S.P.,
Probation Officer as well as the concerned learned court. The convict
kidnapped a businessman for ransom and kept in captivity which is
most heinous crime. Hence the Board after considering all the facts and
reports placed upon, including age of the convict, decided to reject the
premature release of the convict.
