Notification No. -01/2020 – State Tax(Rate)

S.O. No.21 Dated19^th May, 2020-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of

2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the

following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial

Taxes Department, No.1/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 29^th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of

Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 31, dated the 29^th June, 2017, namely:-

In the said notification, -

(a) in Schedule II - 6%, S. No. 242 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;

(b) in Schedule IV - 14%, for S. No. 228 and the entries relating thereto, the following S.

No. and the entries shall be substituted, namely: -

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from 1^st day of March, 2020.

in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 31, dated the 29^th June, 2017 and last

amended by Notification No. 27/2019-State Tax(Rate) dated 11^th March, 2020, published in the

Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 13, dated the 11^th March, 2020.

2017, िजसे एस. ओ. सं. 31, Cदनांक 29 जून, 2017 के तहत झारखड के राजपF, असाधारण, मG

+का;शत Hकया गया था, मG और आगे भी नJन;लखत संशोधन करती है, यथाः-

(क) अनुसूची II – 6% मG, Oम सं. 242 और उससे संबंधत +विRटय1 को नर;सत कर Cदया

जाएगा।

(ख) अनुसूची IV – 14% मG, Oम सं. 228 और उससे संबंधत +विRटय1 के Uथान पर

नJन;लखत Oम सं. और +विRटय1 को +तUथापत Hकया जाएगा, यथाः-
