Notification No. 34/2020 – State Tax

S.O. No. 50, Dated- 25^th June, 2020 :- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of

the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the

recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification

of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, Notification No. 21/2019-

State Tax, dated the 28^th June,2019, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide number

S.O. No. 58, dated the 28^th June, 2019, namely:–

In the said notification,-

(i) in the second paragraph, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: –

“Provided that the said persons shall furnish a statement, containing the details of payment of

self-assessed tax in FORM GST CMP-08 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, for

the quarter ending 31^st March, 2020, till the 7^th day of July, 2020.”;

(ii) in the third paragraph, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: –

“Provided that the said persons shall furnish the return in FORM GSTR-4 of the Jharkhand

Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, for the financial year ending 31^st March, 2020, till the 15^th day of

July, 2020.”.

2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 3^rd of April, 2020

(i) दूसरे अनुMछेद म# नHन परंतुक अंतःPथा<पत Fकया जाएगा, अथाJत् :-

“परंतु उ%त Sयि%त 31 माचJ, 2020 को समाTत होने वालU तमाहU के 7लए झारखंड माल और

सेवा कर नयम 2017 के तहत -Vप जीएसटU सीएमपी-08 म# एक Xयौरा, िजसम# Pव-आक7लत कर

के भुगतान का <ववरण होगा, जुलाई 2020 के 7व# @दन तक -Pतुत कर#गे I”;

(ii) तृतीय अनुMछेद म# नHन परंतुक अंतःPथा<पत Fकया जाएगा, अथाJत् :-

“परंतु उ%त Sयि%त 31 माचJ 2020 को समाTत होने वाले <व/तीय वषJ क) <ववरणी झारखंड

माल और सेवा कर नयम 2017 के -Vप जीएसटUआर-4 म# जुलाई 2020 के 15 व# @दन तक -Pतुत

2. इस अधसूचना को 3 अ-ैल, 2020 से लागू माना जाएगा ।
