No. 20/2020/R&S--In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 227(2) (b) of the Constitution

of India, the High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi hereby insert Rule 376 A in the Civil Court Rules of the

High Court of Jharkhand as follows;

“Rule 376A: The fees as referred to in Part-V of the Civil Court Rules of the High Court of

Jharkhand shall be collected by court fee stamps or e-payment of Court Fee.”

Aforesaid amendment shall take effect from the date of its publication in the Official

Gazette of Jharkhand.
