Notification No. 49/2020 – State Tax

S.O. No. 67, Dated 04^th September, 2020- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(3) of section 1 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 (hereinafter

referred to as the said Ordinance), the Government of Jharkhand hereby appoints the 30^th day of June,

2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 12 of the said Ordinance, shall come

into force.

2.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 30^th June, 2020.
