(i) इस 9नयमावलH को झारखDड मोटरयान 9नरHIक संवगJ (9नयुि?त, <ो3न9त एवं सेवा क: अ3य

श=तK) (संशोधन) 9नयमावलH, 2020 कहH जाएगी।

(ii) इसका /वRतार स#पूणJ झारखDड राFय मL होगा।

(iii) यह झारखDड राजपT मL <काशन क: 9त(थ से <वृत होगी।

2. झारखDड मोटरयान 9नरHIक संवगJ (9नयुि?त, <ो3न9त एवं सेवा क: अ3य श=तK) 9नयमावलH, 2010 के

भाग-2 के 9नयम-4 को 9न#नWलXखत <ावधान से <9तRथा/पत Yकया जायेगा :-

“अ"ताएँ- संवगJ मL मोटरयान 9नरHIक के पद पर सीधी भतZ से 9नयुि?त के Wलए मोटरवाहन अ(ध9नयम,

1988 क: धारा-213(4) ;वारा <द=त शि?तय@ के <योग मL के3[ सरकार ;वारा 9नगJत का०आ०-1215(अ),

!दनांक-08.03.2019 के आलोक मL अ]य(थJय@ क: 9न#नWलXखत अ^ताएँ ह@गी -

(i)

Yकसी मा3यता <ा_त बोडJ से 10 वीं कIा पास; और

(ii)

के3[Hय सरकार या राFय सरकार ;वारा मा3यता <ा_त Yकसी संRथान ;वारा <दान Yकया गया।

ऑटोमोबाइल इंजी9नयbरंग मL कोइJ cड_लोमा (तीन वषZय पाठयdम);

या

यांeTक इंजी9नयbरंग मL कोइJ cड_लोमा (तीन वषZय पाठयdम);

या

ऑटोमोबाइल अथवा यांeTक इंजी9नयbरंग मL उ1चतर योgयता; और

(iii)

(गयर वालH मोटर साइYकल और हhके मोटरयान चलाने के Wलए अ(धकृत चालन अनुiि_त

का धारण करना।”

No.:- Pari.Vi.-174/ 09-3423-- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article-309 of the

Constitution of India read with section 213 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 the Governor of Jharkhand makes

the following Rules to amend the Jharkhand Motor Vehicle Inspector Cadre (Recruitment, Promotion & other

condition of service) Rule, 2010 :-

1. Short title, extension and commencement –

(i) These Rules may be called The Jharkhand Motor Vehicle Inspector Cadre (Recruitment, Promotion &

other condition of service) (Amendment) Rules, 2020.

(ii) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official gazette.

(iii) It shall extend to the whole of State of Jharkhand.

2. Rule-4 of Part-II of the Jharkhand Motor Vehicle Inspector Cadre (Recruitment, Promotion & other

condition of service) Rule, 2010 shall be substituted by the following:-

"Eligibility – In the light of Central Government S.O.-1215(E) dated-08.03.2019, issued exercising the power

conferred under section 213 (4) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 the eligibility criteria for candidates for

direct recruitment in the cadre on the post of Motor Vehicles Inspector shall be following:-

(i) 10^th standard pass from any recognized board; and

(ii) A Diploma in Automobile Engineering (three year course);

or

A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (three year course),

or

Higher Qualification in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering, awarded by any institution recognized

by the Central Government or State Government; and

(iii) Holding a driving license authorizing to drive motor cycle with gear and light motor vehicles."

3. This proposal has approved in the cabinet meeting dated-23.12.2020 (Item no.-08).
