Notification No. 80/2020 – State Tax

S.O. No. 12, Dated 29^th January, 2021- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(1) of section 44 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), read with rule 80 of

the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the

Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of

Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, No. 41/2020 - State Tax, dated the 15^th September,

2020 published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 61, dated the 15^th September,

2020, namely:-

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and word “31^st October, 2020”, the figures, letters and

word “31^st December, 2020” shall be substituted.

2.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 28^th October, 2020.

published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 61, dated the 15^th September, 2020

and was last amended vide notification No. 69/2020 – State Tax dated the 16^th December, 2020,

published vide S.O. No. 93, dated the 16^th December, 2020.
