No.84-- The Commission in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 86 (1) (a),(b) and (c) read with (e),

Section 61 (a to h), and Section 62 (1) of the Electricity Act 2003 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf,

the Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby makes the following regulation to amend

theJharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and

Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2016(hereinafter referred to as “the

Principal Regulations”) namely.

1. Short Title and Commencement

1.1. These Regulation may be called the Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Forecasting,

Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources)(First

Amendment) Regulations, 2021.

1.2. These Amendment shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Jharkhand Gazette unless

reviewed earlier or extended by the Commission, and shall remain in force up to 31^st March, 2025.

2. Amendment to Regulation A6 of the Principal Regulation

2.1. In 6.5 proviso be added as

“provided Commission may modify the above parameters after a prudence check on case-to-case

basis.”
