2018 क. धारा-6 वारा दत शि2तय3 का योग करते हुए, झारखड सरकार, झारखड उ9च :यायालय, राँची
क. सहम<त से इस >वषय पर पूवB <नगBत >वDध >वभाग, झारखड, राँची क. अDधसूचना सं0-1220, Fदनांक-
24.05.2016 एवं अDधसूचना सं0-1476 Fदनांक-29.06.2016 को अवIमत करते हुएः-
1.
झारखड राKय के Lयेक िजले मM स>वल जज (सी<नयर Nडवीजन) के 01-
01 (एक-एक) :यायालय को, तीन लाख Oपये से अ:यून एवं एक करोड़ Oपये
तक मूQय के वाRणिKयक वाद या >ववाद के संबंध मM मूल अDधकाTरता का
योग करने हेतु, वाRणिKयक :यायालय के Oप मM गFठत करती है।
2.
झारखड राKय के Lयेक िजले मM िजला :यायाधीश के 01-01(एक-एक)
:यायालय को, एक करोड़ Oपये से अDधक मूQय के वाRणिKयक वाद या
>ववाद के संबंध मM मूल अDधकाTरता का योग करने हेतु, वाRणिKयक
:यायालय के Oप मM गFठत करती है, एवं

कंNडका-(b) के अंतगBत गठन होने वाले िजला :यायाधीश Zतर के वाRणिKयक
:यायालय को स>वल जज (सी<नयर Nडवीजन) कोFट के वाRणिKयक
:यायालय वारा पाTरत आदेश/:यायादेश के >वO] अपील ^वण क. शि2त
दान करती है।
4.
उ2त हेतु पदZथा>पत पदाDधकार+ उ:हM आवंFटत काय` के साथ उपरो2त
:यायालय3 के काय` का <नवBहन करMगे।
5.
इन :यायालय3 का aेbाDधकार संबंDधत िजले क. Zथानीय सीमाएँ होगी।
यह अDधसूचना राजपb मM इसके काशन क. <तDथ से वृत होगी।

NOTIFICATION
S.O. -23
In exercise of the power conferred by section 6 of The Commercial Courts, Commercial Appellate
Division of High Courts (Amendment) Act, 2018, the State Government of Jharkhand, in consultation with
the High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi superseding the previously issued Notification No.-1476, dated-
29.06.2016 and Notification No.-1220, dated-24.05.2016 of Law Department, Jharkhand, Ranchi on the
subject, is hereby pleased to:-
1. Constitute 01 (one) Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division) in each district of the
State of Jharkhand, as a Commercial Court to exercise original jurisdiction in respect
of commercial disputes where the value of the suit or dispute is not less than Rs. 3
(three) Lacs and up to Rs. 1 (one) Crore;
2. Constitute 01 (one) Court of the District Judge in each district of the State of
Jharkhand, as a Commercial Court to exercise original jurisdiction in respect of
commercial disputes where the value of the suit or dispute exceeds Rs. 1 (one) Crore;
3. Designate the Court of District Judge in each district as Commercial Appellate Court to
exercise appellate jurisdiction and dispose of the appeals arising out of the
judgements and orders passed by a Commercial Court below the level of the District
Judge;
4. The deputed Officers shall execute above assignment in addition to their allotted
work; and
5. The territorial jurisdiction of these courts shall be the local limits of the concerned
District.
This Notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
