No.-10/C.B.I.-403/2021- 978 -- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section-6 of the

Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Act 25 to 1946) H.E. the Governor of Jharkhand has

been pleased to accord consent to the extension of powers and jurisdiction to the members of

Delhi Special Police Establishment upon request made via letter number 78, dated 11.02.2021 of

Head of Branch, CBI, ACB, Dhanbd for registration of regular case against Shri Abhijit Das, Area

Manager (E&M), ECL Mugma for the offence punishable under section 7 of the Prevention of

Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended in 2018) and any other offence that may come to light during

investigation of this case, including any attempt, abetment and conspiracy in relation to or in

connection with one or more such offences and/or any other offence(s) committed in the course

of the sane transaction or arising out of the same facts.
