No.-10/C.B.I.-410/2020- 979 -- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section-6 of the

Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Act 25 to 1946) H.E. the Governor of Jharkhand has

been pleased to accord consent to the extension of powers and jurisdiction to the members of

Delhi Special Police Establishment upon request made via letter number 900 dated 04.12.2020 of

Superintendent of Police, Head of Branch, CBI, ACB, Ranchi for registration of regular case against

(i) Mr. K.D. Diwan, the then chairman-Cum-Managing Director, (ii) Sh. Abhijit Ghosh, the then

Director (Mining), (iii) Unknown Officers/Officials of Hindustan Copper Ltd. and (iv) M/S Indian

Resource Ltd. (IRL) for committing offences u/s 120(B), r/w 13(1)(d) of PC Act. 1988 (as

amended in 2018).
