ज2नत आपदा का 2नयं6ण के लए भावी बंधन :कये जाने हेतु उपबंध ावधा2नत करने एवं COVID-

19 वायरस के कोप को रोकने के 2नम>त सरकार ?तर पर @वशेष उपाय :कया जाना अ>यावBयक है।

उपरोDत तEय को FिHटपथ रखते हुए रा.य सरकार कोरोना बीमारJ के रोKगयL को ससमय

उपचार हेतु अ?पतालL म/ ऑDसीजन कN सुलभ आपू2तP एवं आसान उपलQधता सु2निBचत करना समीचीन

समझती है।

अतएव आपदा बंधन अKध2नयम, 2005 (2005 का 53) कN धारा-38 कN उप-धारा (1) एवं उप-

धारा (2) के खड (उ) और महामारJ रोग अKध2नयम, 1897 (1897 का 3) कN धारा-2 वारा द>त

शिDतयL तथा इस 2नम>त उसे सTम बनाने वालJ अUय सभी शिDतयL का योग करते हुए, रा.य

सरकार, एतVवारा, यह घोषणा करती है :क ऐसी आपदा के दौरान इस अKधसूचना कN 2तKथ से एक वषP

कN अवKध के लए, Kच:क>सा योजन के लए ऑDसीजन ले जाने के लए अनुम2त ाZत वाहनL को

केवल ऑDसीजन ले जाने के लए ए[बुल/स के समकT माना जायेगा और तनुसार ऐसे वाहनL को

आपातकालJन और आपदा बंधन कतP\यL पर वाहन के ]प म/ माना जायेगा, इस योजन के लए, ऐसे

वाहनL को केU^Jय मोटर वाहन 2नयम, 1989 के 2नयम 108 के उप-2नयम (7) और 2नयम 119 के उप-

2नयम (3) के ावधान लागू हLगे।

No. – Pari. Vi. -02/ 2020-426 --“No. F 35-09-2020-II-C-2—Whereas, due to outbreak of SARS-

CoV 2 (Covid-19) Virus in the State of Jharkhand, it is necessary to provide for the effective

management to control the disaster and to take certain measures at the Government level to prevent the

outbreak of Covid-19 Virus.

And whereas, the State Government considers it expedient to ensure easy availability of the

supply of oxygen in hospitals for timely treatment of patients of corona disease.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clouse (1) of sub-

section (2) of Section 38 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (53 of 2005) and Section 2 of the

Epidemic Disease Act, 1897 (3 of 1897) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government

of Jharkhand, hearby, declares that the vehicles permitted for carrying Oxygen for medical purposes

shall be treated at par with the Ambulance for carrying only oxygen, for a period of one year from the

date of notification during such disaster and thereby such vehicles shall be as the vehicle on emergency

and disaster management duties. For this purpose, provisions of sub rule (7) of rule 108 and sub-rule (3)

of rule 119 of Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 shall apply to such vehicle.
