NOTIFICATION

Notification No. 07/2021 – State Tax

S.O. No. 35, Dated 23^rd June, 2021-- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of

the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government, on the

recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Jharkhand

Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, namely: -

(1) These rules may be called the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment)

Rules, 2021.

(2) These rules shall be deemed to be effective from 27^th April, 2021.

In the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, in rule 26 in sub-rule (1), after the third

proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-

“Provided also that a registered person registered under the provisions of the Companies Act,

2013 (18 of 2013) shall, during the period from the 27^th day of April, 2021 to the 31^st day of May, 2021,

also be allowed to furnish the return under section 39 in FORM GSTR-3B and the details of outward

supplies under section 37 in FORM GSTR-1 or using invoice furnishing facility, verified through

electronic verification code (EVC).”.

न6न2ल7खत नयम बनाती है, अथा<त:-

(1) इन नयम) का सं?@Aत नाम झारखड माल और सेवा कर (दूसरा संशोधन) नयमावल4,

2021 है ।

(2) ये नयम तार4ख 27 अ"ैल, 2021 से "वृ$त ह)गे।

2. झारखड माल और सेवा कर नयमावल4, 2017 मE, नयम 26 के उपनयम (1) मE, तीसरे परंतुक

के पG चात् न6न2ल7खत परंतुक अJतःLथाMपत Nकया जाएगा, अथा<त्: -

“परंतु यह भी Nक Nकसी भी रिजLR4कृत Sयि(त, जो Nक कंपनी अधनयम, 2013 (2013 का

18) के उपबंध) के अधीन रिजLR4कृत हो, को 27 अ"ैल, 2021 से 31 मई, 2021 तक क अवध के

दौरान, धारा 39 के तहत %&प जीएसट*आर-3ख मE "Lतुत क जाने वाल4 Mववरणी को एवं धारा 37

के तहत %&प जीएसट*आर-1 मE या बीजक "Lतुत करने क सुMवधा का उपयोग करते हुए "Lतुत

Nकये जाने वाले जावक "दाय)के Zयौरे को इले(Rॉनक स$यापन कोड (ईवीसी) के मा\यम से स$याMपत

करने क भी अनुमत है ।“
