No.-10/C.B.I.-410/2021(ख$ड)- 3100 --In exercise of the powers conferred by

Section 6 of Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Act 25 of 1946) and in

continuation of this Department's notification no. 2715 dated 30.07.2021, H.E. the

Governor of Jharkhand has been pleased to accord consent to the extension of

powers and jurisdiction to the members of Delhi Special Police Establishment in the

whole of State of Jharkhand for investigation into FIR no. 18/2021 dated 29.07.2021

u/s 379 IPC, PS Pathardih, Dhanbad and FIR no. 0334/2021 dated 13.08.2021 u/s

457 and 380 IPC, PS Dhanbad in connection with the said offences and any other

offences in the aforesaid transaction.
