9 of the National Security Act, 1980, section-18 of the Jharkhand Control of Crime
Act, 2002, section-8 of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of
Smuggling (COFEPOSA) Act, 1974 and section-9 of the Prevention of illicit Traffic
in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance (PITNDPS) Act, 1988, the State
Government has been pleased to constitute the Advisory Board as Follows-
