Notification No.- 07/2021 – State Tax(Rate)
S.O. No. 52, Dated 25th November, 2021-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections
(3) and (4) of section 9, sub-section (1) of section 11, sub-section (5) of section 15 and section 148 of
the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on
being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the
Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of
Jharkhand, in the Commercial Taxes Department, No.12/2017- State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th June,
2017, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 42, dated the 29th June,
2017, namely:—
In the said notification, in the Table, -
(i) against serial number 1, in column (3), after the figures and letters “12AA”, the word, figures and
letters “ or 12AB” shall be inserted;
(ii) against serial number 9AA, in column (3), after the words “hosted in India”, the words “whenever
rescheduled” shall be inserted;
(iii) after serial number 9AA and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely : -

धारा (5) और धारा 148 के तहत ᮧद᭜ त शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, झारख᭛ड सरकार, इस बात से संतु᭬ ट होते
ᱟए ऐसा करना जनिहत मᱶ आव᭫ यक है, जीएसटी पᳯरषद कᳱ िसफाᳯरशᲂ के आधार पर, एतद᳇ारा, झारख᭛ड
सरकार, वािण᭔य-कर िवभाग कᳱ अिधसूचना सं या-12/2017- रा᭔य कर (दर), ᳰदनांक 29 जून, 2017, िजसे
एस. ओ. सं. 42, ᳰदनांक 29 जून, 2017 के तहत झारख᭛ड के राजपᮢ, असाधारण, मᱶ ᮧकािशत ᳰकया गया था,
मᱶ और आगे भी िन᭥ निलिखत संशोधन करती है, अथाᭅत् :-
उ त अिधसूचना मᱶ, सारणी मᱶ, -
(i) ᮓमांक1 के सामने, कॉलम (3) मᱶ, अंक और अᭃर "12कक" के बाद, श᭣द, अंक और अᭃर "या 12कख"
अ᭠त:᭭थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा;
(ii) ᮓम संया 9ककके सामने, कॉलम (3) मᱶ, अंकᲂ"2020" के बाद, "जब भी पुनᳶनधाᭅᳯरत हो", श᭣दᲂ
