Notification No.- 09/2021 – State Tax(Rate)

S.O. No. 54, Dated 25^th November, 2021--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(1) of section 11 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of

Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments

in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, No.2/2017-

State Tax (Rate), dated the 29^th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide

S.O. No. 32, dated the 29^th June, 2017, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Schedule, for S. No. 86 and entries relating thereto, the following

S. No. and entries thereto shall be substituted, namely: -

Seeds, fruit and spores, of a kind used for sowing

Explanation: This entry does not cover seeds meant for any use other than

sowing.”;

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 1^st day of October, 2021.

amended vide notification No. 15/2019- State Tax (Rate) dated the 01^st day of November, 2019,

published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 83, dated the 01^st day of

November, 2019.
