Notification No. 32/2021 – State Tax

S.O. No. 75, Dated 24^th December, 2021--In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164

of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government, on the

recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Jharkhand

Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, namely: —

1. Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Jharkhand Goods and Services

Tax (Seventh Amendment) Rules, 2021.

(2) Save as otherwise provided in these rules, they shall be deemed to be effective from 29^th August,

2021.

2. In the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, —

(i) in sub-rule (1) of rule 26,-

(a) in the fourth proviso, for the figures, letters and words “31^st day of August, 2021”, the figures,

letters and words “31^st day of October, 2021” shall be substituted;

(b) with effect from the 1^st day of November, 2021, all the provisos shall be omitted;

(ii) with effect from the 1^st day of May, 2021, in rule 138E, after the fourth proviso, the following

proviso shall be inserted, namely:-

“Provided also that the said restriction shall not apply during the period from the1^st day of May, 2021

till the 18^th day of August, 2021, in case where the return in FORM GSTR-3B or the statement of

outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1 or the statement in FORM GST CMP-08, as the case may be,

has not been furnished for the period March, 2021 to May, 2021.”;

(iii) in FORM GST ASMT-14, -

(a) after the words, “with effect from ------”, the words, “vide Order Reference No. -------,

dated ------” shall be inserted;

(b) the words, “for conducting business without registration despite being liable for

registration” shall be omitted;

(c) at the end after “Designation”, the word “Address” shall be inserted.

संशोधन) नयमावल3, 2021 है ।

(2) इन नयम( मC अDयथा उपबंधत के 1सवाए, ये नयमावल3 29 अगG त, 2021 से लागू मानी

जाएगी।

2. झारख ड माल और सेवा कर नयमावल3, 2017 मC,-

(i) नयम 26 के उपनयम (1) मC,-

(क) चौथे परंतुक मC, “31 अगGत, 2021” अंक(, अ@र( और शPद( के Gथान पर, “31 अ'तूबर,

2021” अंक, अ@र और शPद !तGथाQपत Rकये जाएंगे;

(ख) 1 नवंबर, 2021 से सभी परंतुक( का लोप Rकया जाएगा;

(ii) 1 मई, 2021 से, नयम 138ङ मC, चौथे परंतुक के पXचात्, न5न1ल6खत परंतुक अंत:GथाQपत

Rकया जाएगा, अथा;त्:-

“परंतु यह भी Rक उ'त नबYधन 1 मई, 2021 से 18 अगGत, 2021 क अवध के दौरान उस दशा

(iii) .0प जीएसट5 एएसएमट5-14 मC,-

(क) “आपका रिजG\3करण” शPद( के पXचात्, “,आदेश !तनद]श सं. ..............., तार3ख

.............. वारा,” शPद अंत:GथाQपत Rकए जाएंगे ;

(ख) “'य( रिजG\3करण के 1लए दायी होने के बावजूद रिजG\3करण के _बना कारबार संचालन के

1लए” शPद( का लोप Rकया जाएगा;

(ग) अंत मC, “पदनाम” के पXचात्, “पता” शPद अंत:GथाQपत Rकया जाएगा ।
