Notification No. 27/2021 – State Tax

S.O. No. 70, Dated 24^th December, 2021--In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164

of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government, on the

recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Jharkhand

Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Jharkhand Goods and Services

Tax (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2021.

(2) Save as otherwise provided in these rules, these rules shall be deemed to be effective from the 1^st

day of June , 2021.

2. In the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017,—

(i) in sub-rule (1) of rule 26, in the fourth proviso, with effect from the 31^st day of May, 2021, for the

figures, letters and words “31^st day of May, 2021”, the figures, letters and words “31^stday of August,

2021” shall be substituted;

(ii) in sub-rule (4) of rule 36, for the second proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted,

namely:—

“Provided further that such condition shall apply cumulatively for the period April, May and

June, 2021 and the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the tax period June, 2021 or quarter ending June,

2021, as the case may be, shall be furnished with the cumulative adjustment of input tax credit for the

said months in accordance with the condition above.”;

(iii) in sub-rule (2) of rule 59, after the first proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted,

namely:—

“Provided further that a registered person may furnish such details, for the month of May,

2021, using IFF from the 1^st day of June, 2021 till the 28^th day of June, 2021.”.

2017 (2017 का 12) क धारा 164 के वारा !द#त शि'तय( का !योग करते हुए, झारखड

सरकार, प/रषद क 1सफा/रश( पर, झारखड माल और सेवा कर नयमावल3, 2017, का और संशोधन

करने के 1लए न5न1ल6खत नयम बनाती है, अथा;त्: --

1. सं%&'त नाम और +ारंभ - (1) इन नयम( का सं@ABत नाम झारखड माल और सेवा कर (पांचवां

संशोधन) नयमावल3, 2021 है ।

(2) अEयथा उपबंधत के 1सवाय, ये नयमावल3 तार3ख 1 जून, 2021 से !वृत ह(गे।

2. झारखड माल और सेवा कर नयमावल3, 2017 मJ, ----

(i) नयम 26 के उपनयम (1) मे चौथे परंतुक मे, “31 मई, 2021”अंक(, अAर( और शQद(, के

Rथान पर, “31अगRत, 2021”अंक(, अAर( और शQद( को !तRथाSपत Tकया जाएगा। इस नयम को

मई, 2021 के 31वJ Uदन से लागू माना जाएगा ।

(ii) नयम 36 के उपनयम (4) मJ, दूसरे परंतुक के Rथान पर , न5न परंतुक को !तRथाSपत Tकया

जाएगा, अथा;त्:-

संचयी Wप से समायोजन करके !Rतुत क जाएगी ।”;

(iii) नयम 59 के उपनयम (2) मJ, पहले परंतुक के बाद, न5न परंतुक अंत: RथाSपत Tकया जाएगा,

अथा;त्: -

"परंतु यह भी Tक रिजR_3कृत `यि'त, माह मई 2021 के 1लए, बीजक !Rतुत करने क सुSवधा

का उपयोग करते हुए उ'त Qयौर( को, जून 2021 के पहले Uदन से 28 वJ Uदन तक !Rतुत कर

सकता है |
