Notification No. 26/2021 – State Tax

S.O. No. 69, Dated 24^th December, 2021--In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168

of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017) and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the

Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Commissioner, hereby makes the following

amendment in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department,

No. 11/2021- State Tax, dated the 23^rd June, 2021, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand,

Extraordinary, vide S.O. No 39, dated the 23^rd June, 2021, namely:—

In the said notification, in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words “31^st day of

May, 2021”, the figures, letters and words “30^th day of June, 2021” shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 31^st day of May, 2021.
