Notification No. 23/2021 – State Tax

S.O. No. 66, Dated 24^th December, 2021--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4)

of rule 48 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government, on the

recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in notification of the

Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, No.13/2020 – State Tax, dated the

25^th June, 2020, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 36, dated the 25^th

June, 2020, namely:—

In the said notification, in the first paragraph, after the words “notifies registered person, other

than”, the words “a government department, a local authority,” shall be inserted.

2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 1^st day of June, 2021.
