Notification No.- 4/2022 – State Tax

S.O. No. 17, Dated 31^st May, 2022--In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to

sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the

Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following

further amendments in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes

Department, No.14/2019-State Tax, dated the 26^th April, 2019, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand,

Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 41, dated the 26^th April, 2019, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, after serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto, the

following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely: -
