Notification No.- 9/2022 – State Tax(Rate)

S.O. No. 30, Dated 23^rd August, 2022--In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of

the proviso to sub-section (3) of section 54 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of

2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the

following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial

Taxes Department, No. 5/2017- State Tax (Rate), dated the 29^th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of

Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 35, dated the 29^th June, 2017, namely :-

In the said notification,

(i)

in the opening paragraph, in the proviso, in clause (i), for the words and figure “serial numbers

1”, the words, figure and letters “serial numbers 1AA” shall be substituted;

(ii)

in the TABLE, S. No. 1 shall be re-numbered as S. No. 1AA, and before S. No. 1AA as so re-

numbered, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:-

(2017 का 12) कȧ धारा 54 कȧ उप धारा (3) के परÛ तुक के उपवाÈ य (ii)के तहत Ĥद× त शिÈतयɉ का Ĥयोग

करते हुए, झारखÖड सरकार, जीएसटȣ पǐरषद कȧ ͧसफाǐरशɉ के आधार पर, एतदɮवारा, झारखÖड सरकार,

वाͨणÏय-कर ͪवभाग कȧ अͬधसूचना संÉ या 5/2017- राÏय कर (दर), Ǒदनांक 29 जून, 2017, िजसे एस. ओ.

सं. 35, Ǒदनांक 29 जून, 2017 के तहत झारखÖड के राजपğ, असाधारण,मɅ Ĥकाͧशत ͩकया गया था, मɅ और

आगे भी Ǔनà नͧलͨखत संशोधन करती है, यथा:-
