Notification No.- 8/2022 – State Tax(Rate)

S.O. No. 29, Dated 23^rd August, 2022:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)

of section 11 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of

Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments

in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand, in the Commercial Taxes Department, No. 3/2017-

State Tax (Rate), dated the 29^th June, 2017 published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide

S.O. No. 33, dated the 29^th June, 2017, namely, In the said notification, in the TABLE, against S. No.

1, for the entry in column (4), the entry “6%” shall be substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 18^th day of July, 2022.

was last amended by notification No. 16/2019 – State Tax (Rate), dated the 1^st November, 2019

published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 84, dated the 1^st November, 2019.

2017 (2017 का 12), कȧ धारा 11 कȧ उप धारा (1) के तहत Ĥद× त शिÈतयɉ का Ĥयोग करते हुए,

झारखÖड सरकार, पǐरषद कȧ ͧसफाǐरशɉ के आधार पर, एतदɮवारा, झारखÖड सरकार, वाͨणÏय-कर

ͪवभाग कȧ अͬधसूचना संÉ या 3/2017- राÏय कर (दर), Ǒदनांक 29 जून, 2017, िजसे एस. ओ. सं.

33, Ǒदनांक 29 जून, 2017, के तहत झारखÖड के राजपğ, असाधारण, मɅ Ĥकाͧशत ͩकया गया था,

मɅ और आगे भी Ǔनà नͧलͨखत संशोधन करती है, ताͧलका मɅ, Đमांक 1 के सामने, कॉलम (4) मɅ

Ĥͪविçट के èथान पर Ĥͪविçट "6%" को ĤǓतèथाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा ।
