Notification No.- 11/2022 – State Tax

S.O. No. 35, Dated 30^th September, 2022--In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148

of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government, on the

recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification

of the Government of Jharkhand, Commercial Taxes Department, No. 21/2019-State Tax, dated the

28^th June, 2019, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 58, dated the 28^th

June, 2019, namely:–

In the said notification, in the second paragraph, after the fourth proviso, the following proviso shall

be inserted, namely: –

“Provided also that the said persons shall furnish a statement, containing the details of payment of

self-assessed tax in FORM GST CMP-08 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 for the

quarter ending 30^th June, 2022 till the 31^st day of July, 2022.”.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from 5^th July, 2022.

मɅ Ǔनà नͧलͨखत और संशोधन करती है; अथा[त:-

उÈ त अͬधसूचना के दुसरे पैरा मɅ, चौथे परंतुक के पæ चात् Ǔनà नͧलͨखत परंतुक अंतःèथाͪपत ͩकया

जाएगा, अथा[त:-

‘’ परÛतु यह और ͩक उÈत åयͩकत 30 जून 2022 को समाÜत होने वालȣ Ǔतमाहȣ के ͧलए è वाǓनधाǐरत कर के

संदाय के Þ यौरो के ͪववरण को झारखÖड माल और सेवा कर Ǔनयमावलȣ 2017 के ĤǾप जीएसटȣ सीएमपी -08

मɅ 31 जुलाई 2022 तक Ĥè तुत करेगा ।

यह अͬधसूचना 5 जुलाई, 2022 से लागू मानी जाएगी ।
