Notification No.- 12/2022 – State Tax

S.O. No. 36, Dated 30^th September, 2022--In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128

of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on

the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the

notification of the Government of Jharkhand, Commercial Taxes Department, S.O. No. 3– State Tax,

dated the 3^rd January, 2018, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, namely :–

In the said notification, in the sixth proviso, for the figures, letters and words “30^th day of

June, 2022”, the figures, letters and words “28^th day of July, 2022” shall be substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from 5^th July, 2022.

करती है; अथा[त:-

उÈ त अͬधसूचना मɅ, छठे परÛ तुक मɅ ‘’30 जून 2022’’ अंको, अ¢रɉ और शÞ दɉ के è थान पर ‘’28

जूलाई 2022’’ अंक, अ¢र और शÞ द रखे जाएगे ।
