Notification No.- 15/2022 – State Tax

S.O. No. 39, Dated 30^th September, 2022--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(2) of section 23 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of

Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments

in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, No.10/2019-

State Tax, dated the 26th April, 2019, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O.

No. 37, dated the 26th April, 2019, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 4, for the entry in column (3), the

entry “Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks” shall be substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from 18^th July, 2022.

सरकार, पǐरषद कȧ ͧसफाǐरशɉ के आधार पर, एतदɮवारा, झारखÖड सरकार, वाͨणÏय-कर ͪवभाग कȧ अͬधसूचना

संÉ या 10/2019- राÏय कर, Ǒदनांक 26 अĤैल, 2019, िजसे एस. ओ. सं. 37, Ǒदनांक 26 अĤैल, 2019, के

तहत झारखÖड के राजपğ, असाधारण, मɅ Ĥकाͧशत ͩकया गया था, मɅ और आगे भी Ǔनà नͧलͨखत संशोधन

करती है, यथा: -

उÈत अͬधसूचना मɅ, ताͧलका मɅ, Đमांक 4 के सामने, कॉलम (3) मɅ Ĥͪविçट के èथान पर Ĥͪविçट

"Ýलाई ऐश ɃटɅ; Ýलाई ऐश समुÍचय; Ýलाई ऐश Þलॉक " को ĤǓतèथाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा ।

यह अͬधसूचना 18 जुलाई, 2022 से लागू मानी जाएगी ।
