संÉया 11/सू०अ०अͬध०-05/2000 (खÖड-1) का० 6566--सूचना का अͬधकार अͬधǓनयम, 2005
कȧ धारा 16(5)(a) के अनुसार मुÉय सूचना आयुÈत का वेतन तथा भ×ते एवं सेवाशतɟ चुनाव
आयुÈत के समान होगी ।

Ǒदनांक 18.03.2021 ɮवारा अͬधसूͬचत “उÍचतम Ûयायालय Ûयायाधीश (संशोधन) Ǔनयम, 2021”
ɮवारा इस संबंध मɅ Ǔनàनवत् संशोधन ͩकया गया हैः-
“2(ख) उपǓनयम (2) “चौदह हजार Ǿपये” शÞदɉ के èथान पर “उÛतालȣस हजार Ǿपये”
शÞद रखे जाएगɅ।”
3. उÈत अͬधǓनयम के आलोक मɅ भारत Ǔनवा[चन आयोग सͬचवालय, नई Ǒदãलȣ के
आदेश £ापांक 193/1/2021 (I) Ǒदनांक 19.03.2021 के ɮवारा Ǔनàनांͩकत Ǔनण[य ͧलया गया हैः-

“.............. 2. The Commission has adopted the abovementioned amendment
to rule 3B of Supreme Court Judges (Amendment) Rules, 1959, Accordingly, the
monthly reimburseable charges towards defraying the services of an orderly and
for meeting the expenses incurred towards secretarial assistance of Rs. 14,000
(fourteen thousand rupees) shall be substituted by Rs. 39,000 (thirty-nine thousand
rupees).”
4. अतएव उपयु[Èत आलोक मɅ राÏय सरकार ɮवारा सàयक् ͪवचारोपरांत काͧम[क,
ĤशासǓनक सुधार तथा राजभाषा ͪवभाग, राँची के संकãप संÉया 5325 Ǒदनांक 22.08.2022 के ɮवारा
ͪवभागीय संकãप संÉया 11/सू०अ०अͬध०-05/2009- 6975 Ǒदनांक 08.07.2014 यथा संशोͬधत
ͪवभागीय संकãप सं० 9865 Ǒदनांक 10.11.2015 मɅ Ǔनàन Ĥकार संशोधन ͩकया गया हैः-
“ For the words “payment of Fourteen Thousand rupees per month for
defraying the services of an orderly” the words “payment of Thirty nine Thousand
rupees per month for defraying the services of an orderly and for meeting the
expenses incurred towards secretarial assistance on contract basis” shall be
substituted. The enhanced amount shall be paid to the retired Chief Information
Commissioners w.e.f. 01.04.2021. The benefits of this amendment will not be
applicable for the State Chief Information Commissioners appointed after the
implementation of Right to Information (Amendment) Act, 2019. ”
5. उपयु[Èत संशोधन पर काͧम[क, ĤशासǓनक सुधार तथा राजभाषा ͪवभाग, राँची के
संलेख £ापांक 6077 Ǒदनांक 29.09.2022 मɅ सिÛनǑहत Ĥèताव के आलोक मɅ मंǒğपǐरषɮ कȧ बैठक
Ǒदनांक 10.10.2022 मɅ मद संÉया 01 के Ǿप मɅ घटनो×तर èवीकृǓत ĤाÜत है ।
