Notification No.- 17/2022 – State Tax

S.O. No. 41, Dated 18^th November, 2022--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4)

of rule 48 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government, on the

recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of

the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, No. 13/2020 – State Tax, dated

the 25^th June, 2020, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 36, dated 25^th

June, 2020, namely:-

In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1^st day of October, 2022, for

the words “twenty crore rupees”, the words “ten crore rupees” shall be substituted.

èथान पर शÞद "दस करोड़ ǽपये" ĤǓतèथाͪपत ͩकये जायɅगे ।
