सभा Ǔनवा[चन ¢ेğ से Ǔनवा[ͬचत सदè य Įीमती ममता देवी के ͪवǾƨ दोषͧसǑɮ ध एवं दंडादेश के पǐरणामè वǾप

लोक ĤǓतǓनͬध× व Ǔनयम, 1951 कȧ धारा-8 तथा संͪवधान के अनुÍ छेद-191 (1)(ड़) के Ĥावधानɉ के तहत ǓनरǑह[त

ͩकये जाने के कारण Ǒदनांक 13 Ǒदसà बर, 2022 से è थान ǐरÈ त हो गया है; और

2.

यतः इस Ĥकार हुई ǐरिÈत को भरने के Ĥयोजन से उप-Ǔनवा[चन कराया जाना है;

अतः, अब, लोक ĤǓतǓनͬध×व अͬधǓनयम, 1951 (1951 का 43) कȧ धारा 150, 30 और 56 के

अनुसरण मɅ भारत Ǔनवा[चन आयोग एतदɮवारा:-

झारखÖ ड राÏय से उÈत 23-रामगढ़ ͪवधान सभा Ǔनवा[चन ¢ेğ से यह अपे¢ा करता है ͩक उÈ त

अͬधǓनयम के और तƨीन बनाये गये Ǔनयमɉ और ͩकये गये आदेशɉ के उपबÛ धɉ के अनुसार 04 माच[, 2023

(शǓनवार) से पूव[ राÏ य कȧ ͪवधान सभा मɅ हुई उÈ त ǐरिÈत को भरने के Ĥयोजन से एक å यिÈत Ǔनवा[ͬचत करɅ;

(आ)

उÈत Ǔनवा[चन के सàबÛध मɅ:-

(क)

नामǓनदȶशन करने कȧ अिÛतम तारȣख :

7 फरवरȣ, 2023 (मंगलवार)

(ख)

नामǓनदȶशनɉ कȧ संवी¢ा कȧ तारȣख :

8 फरवरȣ, 2023 (बुधवार)

(ग)

अßयͬथ[ताएं वापस लेने कȧ अिÛतम तारȣख :

10 फरवरȣ, 2023 (शुĐवार)

(घ)

वह तारȣख िजसको, यǑद आवæयक हुआ तो मतदान होगा :

27 फरवरȣ, 2023 (सोमवार)

(ड.)

वह तारȣख िजससे पूव[ Ǔनवा[चन सàपÛन करा ͧलया जाएगा :

04 माच[, 2023 (शǓनवार)

Ǔनयत करता है; और

(इ)

7:00 बजे पूवा[éन से 5:00 बजे अपराéन तक का समय ऐसे समय के Ǿप मɅ Ǔनयत करता है िजसके

दौरान, यǑद आवæयक हुआ तो, Ǔनवा[चन के ͧलए उÈत ͪवǓनǑद[çट तारȣख को मतदान होगा ।

NOTIFICATION

31^st January, 2023/ 11 Magha, 1944 (Saka)

No.100/ES-1/JKD-LA/1/2023--WHEREAS, the seat of Smt. Mamta Devi, in the Legislative

Assembly of the State of Jharkhand, elected from 23-Ramgarh Assembly Constituency in the State,

has become vacant on 13^th December, 2022 by reason of her becoming subject to disqualification

under Section 8 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 and Article 191 (1) (ड़) of the

Constitution; and

2.

WHEREAS, a bye-election is to be held for the purpose of filling the said vacancy;

3.

NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of Section 150, 30 and 56 of the Representation of the

People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby-

(A)

calls upon the said 23-Ramgarh Assembly Constituency in the State of Jharkhand, to elect,

before 04^th March, 2023 (Saturday) and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the

rules and orders made thereunder, a person, for the purpose of filling the said vacancy in the

Legislative Assembly of the State;

(B)

appoints, with respect to the said election:-

a.

the 7^th February, 2023 (Tuesday)

as the last date for making nominations;

b.

the 8^th February, 2023 (Wednesday)

as the date for the scrutiny of nominations;

c.

the 10^th February, 2023 (Friday)

as the last date for the withdrawal of

candidatures;

d.

the 27^th February, 2023 (Monday)

as the date on which a poll shall, if

necessary, be taken; and

e.

the 4^th March, 2023 (Saturday)

as the date before which the election shall be

completed; and

(C)

Fixes the hours from 7.00 A.M to 5.00 P.M as the hours during which the poll shall, if

necessary, be taken on the date specified above for the election.
