S.O. – 05 Dated 06-03-2023 - In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (2) of
Sections 4 and Sub-Section (1) of Section 69 of Jharkhand Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the State
Government do hereby appoint the officers under the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017
mentioned in column 2 of the Table below as the officers under this Act with the designation
specified each in column (3) thereof:-
