Notification No.- 13/2022 – State Tax(Rate)

S.O. No. 9, Dated 14^th March, 2023:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

section 11 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of

Jharkhand, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of

the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of

Jharkhand, Commercial Taxes Department, No.2/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 29^th June, 2017,

published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 32, dated the 29^th June, 2017,

namely:-

In the said notification, in the Schedule, -

(i) against S. No. 102, in column (3), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted,

namely: -

“Aquatic feed including shrimp feed and prawn feed, poultry feed and cattle feed,

including grass, hay and straw, supplement and additives, wheat bran and de-oiled cake

[other than rice bran]”;

(ii) after S. No. 102B and the entries relating thereto, following S. No. and entries shall be

inserted, namely: -

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 1^st day of January, 2023.

(2017 का 12) कȧ धारा 11 कȧ उपधारा (1) के तहत Ĥद× त शिÈतयɉ का Ĥयोग करते हुए, झारखÖड

सरकार, इस बात से संतुçट होते हुए ͩक ऐसा करना जनǑहत मɅ आवæयक है, पǐरषद कȧ ͧसफाǐरशɉ के

आधार पर, एतदɮवारा, झारखÖड सरकार, वाͨणÏय-कर ͪवभाग कȧ अͬधसूचना संÉ या 2/2017- राÏय

कर (दर), Ǒदनांक 29 जून, 2017, िजसे एस. ओ. सं. 32, Ǒदनांक 29 जून, 2017 के तहत झारखÖड

के राजपğ, असाधारण, मɅ Ĥकाͧशत ͩकया गया था, मɅ और आगे भी Ǔनà नͧलͨखत संशोधन करती है,

Đमांक 102 के सम¢, कॉलम (3) कȧ Ĥͪविçट के èथान पर,Ǔनà नͧलͨखत Ĥͪविçट को

ĤǓतè थाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा, यथा: -
