No. 01/2023/R&S--In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 29 of the Bihar

Reorganisation Act, 2000 (Act XXX of 2000), and all other powers enabling in this behalf, the High Court

of Jharkhand, Ranchi hereby amends Rule 34 of the High Court of Jharkhand Rules, 2001 by inserting a

clause 3(e) in the following manner:-

“3(e) All the matters arising out of Tender / Auction / e-Auction and mining of minerals

both major and minor”

Aforesaid amendment shall take effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette

of Jharkhand.
