Notification No.- 22/2022 – State Tax

S.O. No. 15, Dated 1^st June, 2023:- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Jharkhand

Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the

Council, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017,

namely: —

1. Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Third

Amendment) Rules, 2022.

(2) Save as otherwise provided in these rules these rule shall deemed to be effective from the 15^th November,

2022.

2. In the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in FORM

GSTR-9, under the heading Instructions, in paragraph 7, -

(A) for the figures, letters and words “between April, 2022 to September, 2022”, the figures, letters and

words “of April, 2022 to October, 2022 filed upto 30^th November, 2022” shall be substituted;

(B) in the Table, in second column, -

(I) against serial numbers 10 & 11, for the figures and words “April, 2022 to September, 2022”, the

figures, letters and words “April, 2022 to October, 2022 filed upto 30^th November, 2022” shall be

substituted;

(II) against serial number 12, for the figures and words “April 2022 to September 2022”, the figures,

letters and words “April, 2022 to October, 2022 upto 30^th November, 2022” shall be substituted;

(III) against serial number 13, for the figures and words “April 2022 to September 2022”, the figures,

letters and words “April, 2022 to October, 2022 upto 30^th November, 2022” shall be substituted.

अͬधǓनयम, 2017 (2017 का 12) कȧ धारा 164 ɮवारा Ĥद×त शिÈतयɉ का Ĥयोग करते हुए, पǐरषद

कȧ ͧसफ़ाǐरशɉ पर, झारखÖड माल और सेवा कर Ǔनयमावलȣ, 2017 का और संशोधन करने के ͧलए

Ǔनàनͧलͨखत Ǔनयम बनाती है, अथा[त् :-

1. संͯ¢Üत नाम और Ĥारंभ. - (1) इन Ǔनयमɉ का संͯ¢Üत नाम झारखÖड माल और सेवा कर (तीसरा

संशोधन) Ǔनयमावलȣ, 2022 है ।

(2) इन Ǔनयमɉ मɅ अÛयथा उपबंͬधत के ͧसवाय, ये Ǔनयम Ǒदनांक 15 नवàबर, 2022 से लागू मानी

जाएगी।

2. झारखÖड माल और सेवा कर Ǔनयमावलȣ, 2017, (िजसे इसमɅ इसके बाद उÈत Ǔनयम कहा गया है)

मɅ, ĤǾप जीएसटȣआर-9 मɅ, शीष[क अनुदेश के अधीन, पैरा 7 मɅ, -

(क) शÞदɉ, अ¢रɉ और अंको “अĤैल, 2022 से ͧसतंबर, 2022 के बीच के èथान पर शÞदɉ, अ¢रɉ

और अंको “अĤैल, 2022 से अÈटूबर, 2022 मɅ 30 नवंबर 2022 तक” को ĤǓतèथाͪपत ͩकया

जाएगा;

(ख) सारणी मɅ, दूसरे èतंभ मɅ, -

(I)

Đम संÉया 10 और 11 के सामने, शÞदɉ, अ¢रɉ और अंको “अĤैल, 2022 ͧसतंबर, 2022

के èथान पर शÞदɉ, अ¢रɉ और अंको “अĤैल, 2022 से अÈटूबर, 2022 के, 30 नवंबर,

2022 तक फ़ाइल ͩकए गए को ĤǓतèथाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा;

(II)

Đम संÉया 12 के सामने, शÞदɉ, अ¢रɉ और अंको “अĤैल, 2022 से ͧसतंबर, 2022 के

महȣनɉ के ͧलए” के èथान पर शÞदɉ, अ¢रɉ और अंको “अĤैल, 2022 से अÈटूबर, 2022

के महȣनɉ के ͧलए, 30 नवंबर, 2022 तक” को ĤǓतèथाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा;

(III)

Đम संÉया 13 के सामने , शÞदɉ, अ¢रɉ और अंको “अĤैल, 2022 से ͧसतंबर, 2022 के

महȣनɉ के ͧलए” के èथान पर शÞदɉ, अ¢रɉ और अंको “अĤैल, 2022 से अÈटूबर, 2022

के महȣनɉ के ͧलए, 30 नवंबर, 2022 तक” को ĤǓतèथाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा ।
