Notification No.- 2/2023 – State Tax(Rate)

S.O. No. 25, Dated 5^th June, 2023 :- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of

section 9 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of

Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further

amendments in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand, in the Commercial Taxes

Department, No.13/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 29^th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of

Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 43, dated the 29^th June, 2017, namely: -

In the said notification, in the Explanation, in clause (h), for the words “and State Legislatures”

the words “, State Legislatures, Courts and Tribunals” shall be substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 01^st March, 2023.

official gazette vide S.O. No. 26, dated the 23^rd August, 2022.

एस. ओ. सं. 25, ᳰदनांक 5 जून, 2023 - झारख᭛ड माल और सेवा कर अिधिनयम, 2017 (2017 का 12) कᳱ

धारा 9 कᳱ उप धारा (3) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, झारख᭛ड सरकार, जीएसटी पᳯरषद कᳱ िसफाᳯरशᲂ के आधार

पर, एतद᳇ारा, झारख᭛ड सरकार, वािण᭔य-कर िवभाग कᳱ अिधसूचना सं᭎या 13/2017- रा᭔य कर (दर), ᳰदनांक 29 जून,

2017 को एस. ओ. सं. 43, ᳰदनांक 29 जून, 2017 के तहत झारख᭛ड के राजपᮢ,असाधारण मᱶ ᮧकािशत ᳰकया गया था, मᱶ

और आगे भी िन᭥ निलिखत संशोधन करती है, यथा:-

उᲦ अिधसूचना मᱶ, ᭭प᳥ीकरण मᱶ, खंड (ज) मᱶ, ‘‘और रा᭔यᲂ के िवधान मंडल’’ श᭣दᲂ के ᭭थान पर श᭣दᲂ ’’, रा᭔यᲂ के

िवधान मंडल, ᭠यायालयᲂ और ᭠यायािधकरणᲂ’’ को ᮧित᭭थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा।

2. यह अिधसूचना ᳰदनांक 01 माचᭅ, 2023 से लागू मानी जाएगी।
