S.O. No. 28, Dated 21^st July, 2023 – In exercise of the powers conferred under proviso of

sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Jharkhand Karadhan Adhiniyamon Ki Bakaya Rashi Ka

Samadhan Act, 2022, the Governor of Jharkhand has been hereby pleased to extend the time

period prescribed under sub-section (3) of Section 1 for a further period of six months with effect

from 27^th July, 2023.
