Notification No.- 10/2023 – State Tax

S.O. No. 30, Dated 24^th July, 2023--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule

48 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government, on the recommendations of

the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of

Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, No. 13/2020 – State Tax, dated the 25^th June, 2020,

published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 36, dated 25^th June, 2020, namely:-

In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1^st day of August, 2023, for the words

“ten crore rupees”, the words “five crore rupees” shall be substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from 10^th May, 2023.

Ǔनयम 48 के उप-Ǔनयम (4) के तहत Ĥद×त शिÈतयɉ का Ĥयोग करते हुए, सरकार, पǐरषɮकȧ

ͧसफाǐरशɉ पर, झारखÖड सरकार, वाͨणÏय-कर ͪवभाग कȧ अͬधसूचना संÉया 13/2020 – राÏय कर,

Ǒदनांक 25 जून, 2020, िजसे एस. ओ. सं. 36, Ǒदनांक 25 जून, 2020 के तहत झारखÖड के राजपğ,

असाधारण, मɅ Ĥकाͧशत ͩकया गया था, मɅ Ǔनमंͧलͨखत और संशोधन करती है, अथा[त्:-

उÈत अͬधसूचना मɅ, Ĥथम अनुÍछेद मɅ, 01 अगèत 2023 से Ĥभावी, शÞद“ दस करोड़ ǽपये” के èथान

पर शÞद" पाँच करोड़ ǽपये" ĤǓतèथाͪपत ͩकये जायɅगे ।

यह अͬधसूचना 10 मई, 2023 से लागू मानी जाएगी ।

उसका अंǓतम संशोधन, अͬधसूचना संÉया 17/2022- राÏय कर, Ǒदनांक 18 नवàबर, 2022, जो

झारखÖड के राजपğ, असाधारण मɅ एस. ओ. सं. 41, Ǒदनांक 18 नवàबर, 2022, के ɮवारा Ĥकाͧशत

कȧ गई थी, ɮवारा ͩकया गया था ।
