100/पूव[अनु०-1/झार०-ͪव.स./2/2023 :- यतः झारखÖ ड राÏय कȧ ͪवधान सभा मɅ 33-डुमरȣ ͪवधान

सभा Ǔनवा[चन ¢ेğ से Ǔनवा[ͬचत Įी जगरनाथ महतो कȧ मृ× यु हो जाने के पǐरणामè वǾप Ǒदनांक 06 अĤैल,

2023 से उनका è थान ǐरÈ त हो गया है; और

2.

यतः इस Ĥकार हुई ǐरिÈत को भरने के Ĥयोजन से उप-Ǔनवा[चन कराया जाना है;

अतः, अब, लोक ĤǓतǓनͬध×व अͬधǓनयम, 1951 (1951 का 43) कȧ धारा 150 कȧ उपधारा (1)

तथा धारा 30 और 56 के अनुसरण मɅ भारत Ǔनवा[चन आयोग एतदɮवारा:-

झारखÖ ड राÏय से उÈत 33-डुमरȣ ͪवधान सभा Ǔनवा[चन ¢ेğ से यह अपे¢ा करता है ͩक उÈ त

अͬधǓनयम के और तƨीन बनाये गये Ǔनयमɉ और ͩकये गये आदेशɉ के उपबÛ धɉ के अनुसार 10 ͧसतà बर,

2023 (रͪववार) से पूव[ राÏ य कȧ ͪवधान सभा मɅ हुई उÈ त ǐरिÈत को भरने के Ĥयोजन से एक å यिÈत

Ǔनवा[ͬचत करɅ;

(आ)

उÈत Ǔनवा[चन के सàबÛध मɅ:-

(क)

नामǓनदȶशन करने कȧ अिÛतम तारȣख :

17 अगè त, 2023 (वीरवार)

(ख)

नामǓनदȶशनɉ कȧ संवी¢ा कȧ तारȣख :

18 अगè त, 2023 (शुĐवार)

(ग)

अßयͬथ[ताएं वापस लेने कȧ अिÛतम तारȣख :

21 अगè त, 2023 (सोमवार)

(घ)

वह तारȣख िजसको, यǑद आवæयक हुआ तो मतदान होगा :

05 ͧसतà बर, 2023 (मंगलवार)

(ड.)

वह तारȣख िजससे पूव[ Ǔनवा[चन सàपÛन करा ͧलया जाएगा :

10 ͧसतà बर, 2023 (रͪववार)

Ǔनयत करता है; और

(इ)

7:00 बजे पूवा[éन से 5:00 बजे अपराéन तक का समय ऐसे समय के Ǿप मɅ Ǔनयत करता है

िजसके दौरान, यǑद आवæयक हुआ तो, Ǔनवा[चन के ͧलए उÈत ͪवǓनǑद[çट तारȣख को मतदान होगा।

उपरोÈत अͬधसूचना का अंĒेजी मɅ Ǔनàनͧलͨखत अनुवाद झारखÖड राÏयपाल के Ĥाͬधकार से इसके

ɮवारा Ĥकाͧशत ͩकया जाता है जो भारतीय संͪवधान के अनुÍछेद 348 के खÖड (3) के अधीन अंĒेजी भाषा

मɅ उसका Ĥाͬधकृत पाठ समझा जायगा।

No.100/ES-1/JKD-LA/2/2023:-

WHEREAS, the seat of Sh. Jagarnath Mahto, in the

Legislative Assembly of the State of Jharkhand, elected from 33-Dumri Assembly Constituency in

the State, has become vacant on 06^th April, 2023 by reason of his death; and

2.

WHEREAS, a bye-election is to be held for the purpose of filling the said vacancy;

3.

NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 150 and sections 30 and

56 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India

hereby-

(A)

Calls upon the said 33-Dumri Assembly Constituency in the State of Jharkhand, to elect,

before 10^th September, 2023 (Sunday) and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of

the rules and orders made thereunder, a person, for the purpose of filling the said vacancy in the

Legislative Assembly of the State;

(B)

Appoints, with respect to the said election:-

a.

the 17^th August, 2023 (Thursday)

as the last date for making nominations;

b.

the 18^th August, 2023 (Friday)

as the date for the scrutiny of nominations;

c.

the 21^st August, 2023 (Monday)

as the last date for the withdrawal of

candidatures;

d.

the 05^th September, 2023 (Tuesday)

as the date on which a poll shall, if

necessary, be taken; and

e.

the 10^th September, 2023 (Sunday)

as the date before which the election shall be

completed; and

(C)

Fixes the hours from 7.00 A.M to 5.00 P.M as the hours during which the poll shall, if

necessary, be taken on the date specified above for the election.
