section 13C of the Representation of People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), and in supersession of its
notification No. 429/ES-1/JKD-LA/2019(2) dated 03 February, 2020, as amended from time to
time, the Election Commission of India herby appoints each of the Officers of the Government
specified in column 2 of the Table below as the Assistant Electoral Registration Officer to assist the
Electoral Registration Officer of the Assembly Constituency in the State of Jharkhand, as specified
