Notification No.- 22/2023 – State Tax

S.O. No. 31, Dated 1^st September, 2023--In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of

the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the

recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of

the Government of Jharkhand, the Commercial Taxes Department, S.O. No. 3– State Tax, dated the

03^rd January, 2018 published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, namely: —

In the said notification, in the seventh proviso, for the words, letter and figure “30^th day of June,

2023” the words, letter and figure “31^st day of August, 2023” shall be substituted.

2.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 30^th day of June, 2023.

2018 ɮवारा Ĥकाͧशत झारखÖड सरकार के वाͨणÏय-कर ͪवभाग कȧ अͬधसूचना का Ǔनà नͧलͨखत और

संशोधन करती है, अथा[त्:-

उÈत अͬधसूचना मɅ, सातवɅ परंतुक मɅ, शÞदɉ, अ¢रɉ और अंकɉ, "30 जून, 2023" के èथान पर, शÞदɉ,

अ¢रɉ और अंकɉ, "31अगèत, 2023” को ĤǓतèथाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा।

यह अͬधसूचना 30 जून, 2023 से लागू मानी जाएगी ।
