Notification No.- 23/2023 – State Tax

S.O. No. 32, Dated 1^st September, 2023--In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of

the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the

recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of

the Government of Jharkhand, the Commercial Taxes Department, No. 03/2023– State Tax, dated the

05^th June, 2023 published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 19, dated the

05^th June, 2023, namely: —

In the said notification, for the words, letter and figure “30^th day of June, 2023” the words, letter

and figure “31^st day of August, 2023” shall be substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 30^th day of June, 2023.

2023 का Ǔनà नͧलͨखत और संशोधन करती है, अथा[त्:-

उÈत अͬधसूचना मɅ, शÞदɉ, अ¢रɉ और अंकɉ, "30 जून, 2023" के èथान पर, शÞदɉ, अ¢रɉ

और अंकɉ, "31 अगèत, 2023” को ĤǓतèथाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा ।

यह अͬधसूचना 30 जून, 2023 से लागू मानी जाएगी ।
