Notification No.- 8/2023 – State Tax(Rate)

S.O. No. 38, Dated 16^th October, 2023-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3)

of section 9 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of

Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in

the notification of the Government of Jharkhand, in the Commercial Taxes Department, No.13/2017-

State Tax (Rate), dated the 29^th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide

S.O. No. 43, dated the 29^th June, 2017, namely: -

In the notification, in Annexure III, for the words and figures “during the Financial Year ____ under

forward charge”, the words and figures “from the Financial Year ____under forward charge and have

not reverted to reverse charge mechanism ” shall be substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 27^th July, 2023.

in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 43, dated the 29^th June, 2017 and was last

amended vide notification no. 02/2023 - State Tax (Rate), dated the 5^th June, 2023 published in the

official gazette vide S.O. No. 25, dated the 5^th June, 2023.

एस. ओ. सं. 38, Ǒदनांक 16 अÈटूबर, 2023- झारखÖड माल और सेवा कर अͬधǓनयम, 2017 (2017

का 12) कȧ धारा 9 कȧ उप धारा (3) मɅ Ĥद× त शिÈतयɉ का Ĥयोग करते हुए, झारखÖड सरकार, जीएसटȣ पǐरषद

कȧ ͧसफाǐरशɉ के आधार पर, एतदɮवारा, झारखÖड सरकार, वाͨणÏय-कर ͪवभाग कȧ अͬधसूचना संÉ या

13/2017- राÏय कर (दर), Ǒदनांक 29 जून, 2017, िजसे एस. ओ. सं. 43, Ǒदनांक 29 जून, 2017 के तहत

झारखÖड के राजपğ, असाधारण, मɅ Ĥकाͧशत ͩकया गया था, मɅ और आगे भी Ǔनà नͧलͨखत संशोधन करती है,

यथा:-

Ĥधान अͬधसूचना मɅ, अनुबंध III मɅ, शÞदɉ, अंकɉ और अ¢रɉ ‘‘मɇने/हमने जेजीएसटȣ अͬधǓनयम, 2017 के तहत

पंजीकरण करा ͧलया है और फॉरवड[ चाज[ के तहत ͪवƣीय वष[ ------ के दौरान अपने ɮवारा आपूǓत[ ͩकए गए

माल के पǐरवहन के संबंध मɅ जीटȣए कȧ सेवाओं पर कर के भुगतान के ͪवकãप का Ĥयोग ͩकया है।’’ के èथान

पर शÞदɉ, अंकɉ और अ¢रɉ ‘‘मɇने/हमने जेजीएसटȣ अͬधǓनयम, 2017 के तहत पंजीकरण करा ͧलया है और

ͪव×ƣीय वष[ ------ से फॉरवड[ चाज[ के तहत अपने ɮवारा आपूǓत[ ͩकए गए माल के पǐरवहन के संबंध मɅ जीटȣए

कȧ सेवाओं पर कर के भुगतान के ͪवकãप का Ĥयोग ͩकया है और ǐरवस[ चाज[ मकेǓनÏम मɅ ǐरवट[ नहȣं

ͩकया है ।’’

2. यह अͬधसूचना Ǒदनांक 27 जुलाई, 2023 से लागू मानी जाएगी ।
