No. 20/2023/R&S--In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 (1) of the Right to

Information Act, 2005, and all other powers enabling in this behalf, the High Court of Jharkhand,

Ranchi hereby amends Rule 9 of "Jharkhand High Court (Right to Information) Rules, 2007" by way of

omission of Rule 9 (a) (i) and Rule 9 (b) in the manners indicated below:-

“Rule 9 (a) (i) Omitted

Rule 9 (b) Omitted”

Aforesaid amendments shall take effect from the date of its publication in the e- Gazette

of Jharkhand.
