Memo No.-10/C.B.I.-415/2023-5456--Government of Jharkhand hereby accord consent under

Section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Central Act XXV of 1946) to all the

members of Delhi Special Police Establishment Act to exercise power and jurisdiction under the said

Act in the State of Jharkhand upon request made vide letter No.- 631/2023-R, dated 09.11.2023 of DIG

of Police/Head of Branch, CBI, ACB, Ranchi for registration of regular case against the mentioned

Officer of CCL, Magadh Colliery, Chatra, Jharkhand for committing offences u/s 7 of Prevention of

Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended in 2018) and any other offences that may come to light during

investigation of this case including any attempt, abetment and conspiracy in relation to or in connection

with one or more such offences and/or any other offences (s) committed in the course of the same

transaction or arising out of the same facts.

The proposal has been approved by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Jharkhand.
